Notes
This Starbucks white chocolate mocha is made with a smooth homemade white chocolate sauce for the best flavor and texture
Use high-quality white chocolate (bars preferred over chips) for a creamy, non-grainy sauce
2 tablespoons of white chocolate sauce matches a Starbucks Grande; add more for a sweeter drink
Whole milk creates the richest and creamiest white chocolate mocha, while oat milk is a great dairy-free alternative
Always mix the espresso with the white chocolate sauce first so it melts smoothly and evenly
Stir well after adding milk to fully combine the drink and prevent the sauce from settling at the bottom
For iced drinks, use plenty of ice and add it before the milk to keep the drink properly chilled
For hot drinks, heat milk gently (do not boil) to maintain a smooth, café-style texture
Extra white chocolate sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and reheated gently before using
