Notes

☕ Use Strong Coffee for Best Flavor

For the best S’mores Frappuccino recipe, always use very strong chilled coffee or espresso. This prevents the drink from tasting watered down once blended with ice and helps replicate the bold coffee base of a Starbucks S’mores Frappuccino.

🍫 Choose Milk Chocolate for Authentic Taste

Milk chocolate sauce is essential for achieving that classic smooth, sweet s’mores flavor. Dark chocolate can make the drink too bitter and overpower the marshmallow notes.

🍬 Keep Marshmallow Flavor Balanced

Only a small amount of marshmallow fluff should be blended into the base. Most of the marshmallow flavor should come from the whipped cream topping to create a more authentic layered flavor experience.

🧊 Blend Just Until Smooth

To keep the frappuccino creamy and not icy, blend just until smooth. Over-blending can make the drink too thin, while under-blending leaves ice chunks. Serve immediately for the best texture.

🍪 Add Graham Crackers as a Topping

Graham cracker crumbs are best used as a topping rather than blended into the drink. This keeps their texture intact and delivers that signature s’mores crunch and flavor in every sip.

🔥 Toasted Marshmallows for Extra Flavor

For a stronger “campfire” taste, lightly toast marshmallows before adding them on top. This enhances the overall s’mores flavor and gives the drink a more authentic finish.

🥛 Easy Customizations

This homemade frappuccino is easy to customize. Skip the coffee for a kid-friendly version, adjust sweetness to your preference, or use dairy-free milk and whipped topping for a dairy-free alternative.
