Equipment

  • tall glass
  • measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • Small bowl or glass (for mixing cream)
  • Whisk or fork
  • Spoon or straw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pink lemonade very cold
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or half-and-half for lighter
  • 1–2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk to taste
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice as needed

Optional (extra cute & indulgent):

  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Fresh lemon slice or maraschino cherry
  • Pink sanding sugar or sprinkles for rim

Instructions

Make the cream swirl

  • In a small glass or bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth (not whipped—just creamy).

Build the drink

  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the cold pink lemonade.

Add the magic

  • Slowly pour the cream mixture over the lemonade. Let it naturally swirl, or gently stir once or twice for a marbled look.

Finish & serve

  • Top with whipped cream if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice or cherry. Sip immediately 💗

Notes

✨ Flavor Variations

  • Strawberry Cream Lemonade: Add 1–2 tbsp strawberry syrup or purée to the lemonade.
  • Raspberry Pink Lemonade Cream: Swap vanilla for raspberry extract (just a drop!).
  • Sparkling Version: Use sparkling pink lemonade or add a splash of lemon soda.
  • Dairy-Free: Use full-fat coconut milk or oat creamer + sweetened condensed coconut milk.

❄️ Make-It-Frozen

Blend together:
  • 1 cup pink lemonade
  • ½ cup ice
  • 3 tbsp cream mixture
Blend until slushy, then top with whipped cream.

📝 Recipe Notes – Pink Lemonade Cream Drink

  • Cream separation is normal. The acidity of lemonade naturally causes the cream to float and swirl—this is part of the signature “cream soda” look. Stir gently if you prefer a fully blended texture.
  • Adjust sweetness carefully. Pink lemonade brands vary widely. Taste before adding all the sweetened condensed milk, especially if your lemonade is already very sweet.
  • Best served immediately. This drink is at its prettiest and creamiest right after assembling. Letting it sit too long can cause the cream to fully separate.
  • Heavy cream vs. half-and-half. Heavy cream gives the richest mouthfeel. Half-and-half or whole milk will be lighter but less velvety.
  • Dairy-free swaps behave differently. Coconut milk and oat creamer won’t curdle the same way but may not create as dramatic a swirl. Full-fat options work best.
  • Ice matters. Use large, clear ice cubes if possible—small crushed ice melts faster and can water down the flavor.
  • Vanilla is subtle but important. Even a small amount softens the lemon acidity and gives the drink a “dessert” feel. Avoid imitation vanilla for the cleanest flavor.
  • For parties. Keep the lemonade and cream mixture separate and assemble glasses individually to maintain the layered look.
  • Kid-friendly & caffeine-free. This is a great alternative to sodas and energy drinks while still feeling special.
