Optional Caffeination (Choose One)

  • ½ tsp yerba mate concentrate
  • 30–60 mg unflavored liquid caffeine food-grade

Instructions

Make the Simple Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Make the Mango Passionfruit Base

  • In a small pitcher or jar, whisk together mango purée, passionfruit purée, simple syrup, lime juice, and salt until smooth and glossy.

Add Caffeine (Optional)

  • Stir in your chosen caffeination option, making sure it is fully dissolved and evenly distributed.

Assemble the Soda

  • Fill two tall glasses with ice.
  • Pour the fruit base evenly over the ice.

Finish & Serve

  • Gently top with sparkling water and give a light stir to combine without losing fizz.
  • Garnish with mango slices or lime wheels and serve immediately.
