  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Pink and blue sprinkles optional but adorable

Instructions

  • Brew your coffee and let it cool completely (or use cold brew).

  • ice
  • cotton candy syrup
  • vanilla syrup
  • condensed milk (if using)
  • Blend until smooth and thick.

  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle extra cotton candy syrup over the whipped cream and add pastel sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately with a cute straw and pretend you’re at a pastel carnival.

Notes

☕ Coffee Matters

Use strong brewed coffee or cold brew so the flavor doesn’t disappear under the sweetness. If your frappe tastes flat, it usually just needs stronger coffee — not more syrup.

🧊 Texture Tip

For that thick, coffee-shop consistency:
  • Use crushed ice instead of cubes
  • Or add 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream
  • Or ½ teaspoon xanthan gum for a super thick blend
If it’s too thin → add more ice.
If it’s too thick → splash of milk.
